1. Who can join

Members of the samaj and their families, aged 18 or over, with their own Google account and mobile number. Children are added by a parent in the family section. The samaj office may approve, block or remove accounts.

2. Your account

Give true details about yourself and use your own mobile number. Keep your Google account safe; what is done from your account is your responsibility.

3. Samaj chat and Samaj corner

• Be respectful. No abuse, hate, politics, religious arguments, adult content, spam, chain messages or false information.
• Do not share other people's personal details or photos without their permission.
• Samaj corner posts and ads are checked by an admin before they appear. Admins may reject or remove any post or message, and mute or block members who break these rules.
• You keep the rights to what you post, and you allow the samaj to show it in the app.

4. Ads

Businesses of samaj members can place ads through the samaj office. Ads must be true, legal and suitable for families. The samaj does not guarantee any product or service advertised; deal with the advertiser directly.

5. Content from the samaj office

Announcements, events, Panchang and other information are shared in good faith. Please check important dates and times with the samaj office.

6. Availability

We try to keep ACHALAM working at all times, but it may sometimes be unavailable or change. The app is provided as it is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows.

7. Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from Profile, or ask us to delete it.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Kutch, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
