Delete your ACHALAM account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open ACHALAM and go to Profile.
2. Tap Delete my account and confirm twice.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Send an email to vanshxbull@gmail.com with the subject Delete my ACHALAM account, from the Google account you use in ACHALAM, and include your name and mobile number. We delete the account within 30 days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your account, Google sign-in link, mobile number and all your details (address, village, occupation, location).
• Your family list.
• Your Samaj chat messages, Samaj corner posts and ads, and the photos or videos in them.
• Your notification address and Learn progress.

What is kept

• A record that an admin action happened (for example "post approved"), kept in the samaj office's history without your details, for up to 3 years.
• Photo albums of samaj programmes added by the samaj office are not personal accounts and stay in the app.
